WDC1 currently ships to any address in the United States, including APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. International website visitors may also place their orders with us as we cover international shipments as well.
We currently utilize several shipping carriers including Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). We will automatically select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order so that you receive the best possible price and delivery time. Orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes are automatically sent via USPS. Depending on the value of merchandise shipped, you may be required to provide signature upon delivery. The shipping charge and approximate shipping time will be noted at in the shopping cart.
For multiple-item orders, we attempt to ship the whole order from the location closest to you. This is not always possible due to the items selected, availability of the parts, and the time it takes to receive some special order items from a manufacturer. When it is not possible to ship your entire order at once, we will split the shipments and deliver items accordingly.
Shipment Delivery Time
Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select. Your expected delivery date will be presented to you at the time of your order. If shipment of your order is delayed, WDC1.com will notify you by email or phone.
Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc). This would include items shipped in multiple boxes. We charge standard rates provided by shippers of your choice.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then contact us same day to inform us of the problem at hand. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please get in touch with Customer Support to make arrangements to return the order.
Shipping Refunds and Reimbursements
Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for a part sent to you in error, a defective part, an order damaged in shipping or a part that fails under warranty. This refund of the shipping charge will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the part. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated by our support team. Please see the Return Policy for further details. In the event that an order needs to be changed or canceled, customer will be obligated to pay for any handling and shipping costs already encountered unless an immediate response after order placement is received and processed by our staff.
Also, we will pay for return shipping for a part that was sent to you in error, received defective, damaged in shipping, or has failed under warranty. Details can be found in the Return Policy. Cash On Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted at any given time.
