Innovative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. (ISH) is an information-based cancer treatment management company focused on the implementation of oncology treatment programs primarily for large employers, insurers and managed care companies.

ISH develops
and markets information databases and software, which provide physicians, third-party payors and patients with treatment protocols and information about cancer (the "ISH Program").

Our objective is to create, disseminate and continually refine the tools for physicians to more effectively communicate the value and quality of patient care to the payors. We believe we have, with the support of our Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) physician partners, the ability to provide clinical and technical support to physicians treating oncology patients and, as a result, will assist those physicians in communicating the qualitative aspects of the care to all interested parties.

We believe we are poised to provide leadership in the trend toward integrated case management for patients with cancer.

By coordinating all aspects of radiation, medical and surgical treatment for cancer care, we believe that the ISH Program can provide the best treatment for the patient. Current practices do not always lead to the best outcome for the patient, especially when 80% of the treatment is provided in community settings, outside of academic medical centers.

Cancer Care Market

Our mission satisfies three basic needs in cancer treatment that are not adequately met under the existing healthcare framework.

The first is the need to reduce variability in cancer care delivery. Reducing variability is important because the costs associated with non-standard care and diagnosis, in terms of actual expense and loss of patient quality of life, are exponentially greater than if the proper diagnosis and treatment was made initially.

The second is the need to measure treatment outcomes. Treatment outcome information is essential to improving the quality of patient care through improved treatment guidelines and to identifying areas of cost management.

Finally, patients and physicians need access to the information in order to make informed decisions about treatment alternatives. The ISH program provides the information and guidelines necessary to make "best practice" oncology treatment widely accessible.
