In March 2000, we entered into a contract to acquire Case Management for Medical Oncology with Laboratory and Outcomes Tracking ("Cammolot"), a medical oncology software program, from its creator David Baer, M.D., a practicing medical oncology physician in Oakland, CA. The contract grants us an exclusive worldwide license in Cammolot, subject to licenses previously granted by Dr. Baer, and an exclusive option to purchase the software. Cammolot is a Windows-based application, which provides a wide range of functionality for a variety of users, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, administrators and clinical trials data managers.
